Não sabem? Pois bem, deixo-vos de seguida todos os links para poderes aceder a todos os documentos:
"The Portuguese authorities asked OECD’s Directorate for Education to engage with the Ministry of Education in order to facilitate the development and implementation of reforms in the teaching profession, in particular the introduction of a new system of teacher evaluation. This involves mobilising the OECD’s knowledge and applying it to the specific policy challenges faced by the Portuguese authorities in the area of teacher evaluation. This OECD Review provides, from an international perspective, an assessment of teacher evaluation in Portugal, including recommendations for policy development and implementation. It offers an in-depth investigation of the teacher evaluation model which is currently being implemented. The objective is to provide an external independent perspective for the further development of teacher evaluation in Portugal.
The composition of the review team was as follows:
- Gonnie van Amelsvoort(Head of International Affairs in the National Education Inspectorate of the Netherlands)
- Jorge Manzi (Professor at the School of Psychology of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile)
- Peter Matthews(Education Consultant and Visiting Professor at the Institute of Education, University of London)
- Deborah Roseveare(Head of the Education and Training Policy Division in the OECD Directorate for Education, team leader)
- Paulo Santiago(Senior Analyst in the OECD Directorate for Education, team co-ordinator)
